Yes. All our optical frames can be fitted with prescription lenses tailored to your exact requirements. We offer single-vision, bifocal, and progressive lenses, along with coatings such as anti-glare, blue-light filter, photochromic (Transitions), and UV400 protection.

Yes. Our optometrists test eyes at both our Dehradun boutiques — vision tests, eye pressure checks and digital retinal scans. No appointment is needed; just walk in.

At our Dehradun boutiques, most prescription glasses are ready in 24 to 48 hours. For online orders, frames and sunglasses reach you in 3–5 business days anywhere in India, and orders with prescription lenses take 7–14 days, as each lens is made to your prescription.

Yes. Frames and lenses are covered against manufacturing defects under the brand's own warranty — the warranty card in the box sets out the term. You also get free lifetime adjustments at both our Dehradun boutiques.

Yes. Shipping is free across India, including Cash on Delivery. Choose your frame, add lenses, and upload your prescription on the product page — or send it to us on WhatsApp after ordering. In Dehradun, you can also collect from either boutique with a free fitting.

Frames bought from us get free lifetime adjustments — alignment, screw tightening and nose-pad replacement. We also repair frames bought elsewhere for a nominal charge or for free.

Use the microfibre cloth provided with your glasses to clean lenses. Always rinse with clean water before wiping to avoid scratching. Avoid using clothing, tissues, or household cleaners. Store your glasses in the hard case when not in use, and keep them away from direct heat sources such as dashboards and hair dryers.

Yes, we stock daily, monthly, and yearly disposable contact lenses from trusted brands. First-time wearers are guided by our optometrist on insertion, removal, and hygiene — so even if you have never worn contacts before, we will get you comfortable and confident before you leave.
